I’m trying to modify records in batch edit. I’m able to save the records, but can not complete the validation. All I get is the validation status window but never get the validate completed window.
Okay, this further supports that it is issue #6490. The team is actively working on a fix (currently targeted for 7.12), however the solution in the immediate term is to restart the worker server. If you are self-hosting, then you would do this on your end, if you are in Specify Cloud, then send a message to support@specifysoftware.org to have them restart it.
Thank you for your assistance on this issue. Our data is hosted remotely on a cloud server. I’ll reach out to our IT department and see if the server can be restarted.
