What I lack on Discourse here is a forum (i.e. category in Discourse lingo) for open questions for instances for seeking help on features that may or may not already be supported by Specify. Basically asking the community (and the staff time-permitting) for help, tips and support.

Hi Fedor,
The “Discipline Hangouts” category and its children are intended to facilitate this discussion between each specific discipline. We have not yet finalized how we are going to handle the discussion you are looking for.
I think that a central discussion category for all disciplines to request help on features is a great idea. I am going to discuss this with the rest of the team and we will continue to work on creating a forum that can be used this way!
