I’m working in Specify 6 and I’m doing a data export of our data. For this export I have aggregated TRS values under locality detail using the schema configuration in the following format: Twp T Pre/Suffix, Range R Pre/Suffix, Sect Sect. Part. When I go to the schema configuration to preview results, I get the format I’ve entered.
I then check the record by querying it and see that TRS entries are blank within the entry (it has no recorded TRS). This is not the case for all records in the preview. Some records with TRS in preview have matching TRS values, but others have data in the locality detail field but no TRS values in the occurrence record. I am unable to export Twp and Range as unaggregated values in the data exporter so I’m unable to compare this error between individual values and this aggregation I’ve made.
I’m wondering if I’ve made a mistake to cause this error, and I’m wondering where this data is coming from.
