There should be a way to configure automatic naming of files created by the Report Runner. For example, if you use the generate label button on a CO record or a Loan record, the report should automatically save with the catalog number, or the number of the loan respectively. Currently, the report runner exports with a default “document.pdf” name.
I propose that the user should be able to configure the report to be named based on the contents of a field in the query used to generate the report. For example, filename = “Catalog Number (Formatted)” or “filename = Loan Number”.
