Specify 6 fail to create database

Hello everyone,

While installing specify 6 and start to create database. i encounter a problem at the final stage and the program gave a message something like “creation of database did not complete successfully” . Then, when opening specify program the login also fail and it provide the following message (The following users have had their permissions reset to the defaults for their user type:).
now i am using windows 11. i also have specify 6 installed on windows 10 and it works very well.

while creating the database. I unchecked the option that enable downloading existing tree from specify servers
