Using Specify v6.8.03. I batch attach TIFF images of herbarium specimens with the Import Attachment Mapping File (Collection Object / Catalogue no > attach csv. file). I typically attach up to x30 images using this method with no issue and each file upload takes about 3-4 minutes to attach. The files are large - up to 400mb each - and can’t be reduced in size as they feed into our in-house Collection Online. Lately, the uploads have been sluggish and Specify has skipped the first image file in the list plus other sporadic files within the batch. I know there is no issue with these files, as they attach individually with no problem (Import Attachments > Collection Object / Catalogue no. > Individual Files). I am trying to ascertain why the Import Attachment Mapping File no longer works properly - has anyone come across this issue?
