Specify is completely free to use and 100% open source. The Specify Collections Consortium (SCC) can continue developing and offering this software at no cost thanks entirely to the support of our members.
Members can request various services to be included in their membership agreement. These services include, but are not limited to: data conversion, Specify Cloud database and asset hosting, data entry form customization, report and label development, personalized webinars and training sessions, virtual or in-person workshops, Web Portal configuration and setup, RSS export feed and data publishing assistance, data cleaning, and more.
