As a part of our continuing effort to strengthen communication, collaboration, and support within our community the SCC is launching monthly Open Office Hours. This new initiative is part of our ongoing commitment to support our community.
The first Open Office Hours will be May 14th at 6 pm CDT. You can join the first session using the link below:
Open Office Hours will be held the second Thursday of every month, alternating between 9 am and 6 pm US Central Time to accommodate our global membership.
Each month, SCC members will have the opportunity to drop in, share feedback, learn about current projects, or simply connect with SCC staff in an open and informal setting. We ask that anyone who wants to ask a question submit the question beforehand so we can prepare a proper response with demonstration materials.
Questions should be submitted as new posts in the Get Help > Office Hours category on the Speciforum.
We believe these conversations help us better understand community needs and continue building meaningful partnerships.

Apologies I didn’t submit my question about Workbench in advance as I wasn’t sure if my schedule would allow me to attend. I was wondering what version Grant was using as he was sharing his screen? Our test Specify 7 database is still showing the old Specify logo and some of the layout was different. Thanks!
Thank you so much for joining us yesterday! I was using Specify 7.12.0.5 which was released at the end of last month.
