I’m currently conducting a study focusing on our museum collections and possible new IT-solutions. Specify is on our radar.
However, we have both natural collections and cultural heritage collections - and limited resources.
Thus an utopic vision is to have just one system. That would mean adopting a system such as Arches for natural collections or Specify for cultural heritage collections.
My question is if you know of any such use case and/or believe that this could be feasible? More specifically I believe it would be necessary to support the CIDOCCRM reference model.
