Clarification on disambiguate function under Workbench

Specify 7 Version: v7.9.6.2

Hi,
I am looking for some clarification on the disambiguate function available as part of the Workbench.
I have locality records that contain only a Locality Name (no coordinates). When I click Disambiguate, Specify returns all localities with the same name that have coordinates, but excludes the record that has only the Locality Name. Is this expected behavior?

Hi @kitchenprinzessin,

I am not able to recreate this using the latest release (Specify 7.11.4), which leads me to believe this may have been resolved in an update between v7.9.6.2 and now.

What you described is not expected behavior, as all records (with and without coordinates) should appear here. Are you able to update to the latest version of Specify and try again?
