Installation of specify database for enough different subjects

Dear cocliques good evening from Greece,

At this moment we are planning to build our new server according the specify data base, based on edition 7 of such software. I would like your advice in the next problem.

We would like to include four or five different subjects in same data base. Is it better to develop four or five different databases for each subject with appropriates users for specify 7 through docker compose based on specify edition 6.8, or to create only one data base for the five different subjects. The main problem is the selection of starting main table during specify 6.8 installation, where similar starting tables are absent.
