In the WebPortal there are two search modes:
Advanced, with fields-specific search, which is case-sensitive.
Express, with all-fields search, which is case-insensitive.
How can I make both modes case-insensitive?

At this time, advanced search is always case sensitive.
We have a feature request open on GitHub to allow customizing this behavior:
I was just asked about this by a portal user - so add us to the list of requesters for relaxing this requirement, please.
