Possibility of making event end date auto populate the event start date if they are the same

Hello! I was curious there is a way to auto populate the end date field if the start date is the same? Very few of our samples have more than one date to record and it would be very helpful if there were a function which would allow us to copy over one date into the other field without having to manually retype it. Thank you!

Hi @Felixaad,

Thanks for reaching out! It is not possible at the moment to have a field depend ont he value of another field. Dates can be set to relative dates (e.g. today or today + 2 weeks), but not to the value of another field (like start date).

@Grant I think this is something that would be solved by the broader ask for calculated fields. But this specific functionality itself would be very useful to our collections at OSU, so please consider us a +1!
