Is there a button to clear/reset query in Query Builder?

There is no reset button in a query– instead, if you still have not saved the query, you can refresh the page and it will allow you to restart the query you were building.
If you are looking at an existing query (or one that has just been saved), you will need to either remove all fields manually or go to the 
Queries navigation menu item and create a new query for the same table.
