With over 150 active users across four instances of Specify, CSIRO have created several standardised processes for dealing with a large amount of data uploads and data edits across our collections. This talk will cover the admin side for dealing with a large userbase, including definitions of user roles, creation of workbench templates, collaborating with the collections staff to standardise workflow processes/SOPs, and how we communicate to our users about feature changes and new requests for reports and labels.
