I’ve noticed that when switching between collections in Specify, the displayed collection name in the interface is not refreshed automatically. The correct collection name only appears after manually refreshing the page.
This can be confusing for users, as the interface appears to indicate that they are still working in the previous collection.

This is not something we are able to reproduce when testing on production (v7.11.4) or in a previous version (v7.11.0 or v7.10.2.3) in our environment. Can you please share your system information so we can look into this further for you?

I also encounter this problem frequently. I don’t have time to try to reproduce but I think it’s somewhat related to “concurrency” errors that pop up when the user has multiple browser sessions/tabs open at once.
I don’t think I’ve encountered this issue when signed in in only one browser tab. @

@bronwynscc You’re right, the attachment didn’t go through. 
Our current version is: v7.11.2.1, but I also send the system information in mail in a minute.
@nfshoobs Good point. I couldn’t reproduce it while using a single tab only. (But I use multiple browser tabs quite frequently.)
Update: It’s not consistent. I could reproduce it signed in only one tab.

FYI…. Currently, we’re not experiencing the problem in our setup (whether using Edge or Firefox, whether with many tabs open or just one) without having taken any steps to fix it…
