This guide requires Specify 7.7 or later!
If you would like to export a Record Set for compiling projects, special lists, a response to an outside query, or any other purpose, this guide will teach you how to export your desired fields to a CSV.
Step 1: Find the record set you want to export.
In this case, I am going to export the Record Set named kansas river.
Step 2: Open the Record Sets menu from the navigation bar.
Step 3: Click on the icon to the right of the Record Set name.
Step 4: Click on Query.
Step 5: Select the query that contains all of the fields you wish to export or create a new one by clicking New.
In this case, this collection has a locality kml query to use. I am selecting this option
Step 6: Run your query by clicking Query.
Step 7: Click on Create CSV. Once this is done, you will be notified when the export has completed.
Step 8: Click on your user Notifications in the bottom left of the screen. Now you will see that the query export has completed.
Step 9: Click Download. You can now share this export with anyone!
