Setting Specify Preferences
- For Mac: Choose Specify > Preferences .
- For Windows and Linux: Choose Edit > Preferences.
Specify includes preference options that apply to each Specify user. These include preferences for font, font sizes and application icons as well as settings for components such as plugin preferences.
Other preferences are stored locally, such as form layout. When changing machines users will need to reset these preferences.
Changes to the date format will be reflected in all collections in the database.
It is important to note that the Login Preference clears the intended lists the moment that the Clear button is clicked. The Cancel button will undo the Clear process and the list will be cleared.
